Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in! Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our service and that there are no other people (movers, tradespeople etc) working in the space. And we will need electricity and water!

Please note, if the home is particularly dirty, we may need to add the First Time Clean service to your cleaning in order to give our cleaners time to complete their work.

For this service, we provide a solution for any requests you may have, including extras that usually would be considered add-ons. It is important that you accurately estimate the time required when booking this service so that your cleaning professionals have the time they need to perform the requested services. 3-hour minimum.

Inside Refrigerator

Wipe down & disinfect. Does not include freezer unless requested. Please empty the refrigerator prior to service.

 

Inside Oven

Clean & De-Grease inside the oven.

 

Inside Kitchen Cabinets

Clean interior cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. Please empty cabinets and drawers prior to service.

 

Inside Bathroom Cabinets

Clean interior cabinets and drawers in the bathroom. Please empty cabinets and drawers prior to service.

 

Inside Windows

Clean inside of reachable windows.

 

Spot-Clean Walls

Wipe down/Spot-clean walls within arm’s reach using soap and water. Because the integrity of paint is sometimes an issue, our cleaners err on the side of caution when applying cleaning products to the walls. They will do our best to remove basic stains, but sometimes a spot just needs a quick paint touch-up.

 

Load of Laundry

Wash, Dry, and Fold. Please communicate specific garment needs on the day of your service.

 

Balcony Sweep

Removes dirt and debris from your outdoor balcony space.

Our cleaners do their absolute best to provide exceptional service, but there are certain things that we cannot offer/guarantee. Liability, safety, and the highest quality are considered at all times. If you are unsure about your cleaning or an item below, please call us to discuss!

 

That said, the following are services that we do not provide:

 

  • We cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)

 

  • No lifting or moving of heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables, etc.)

 

  • No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.

 

  • We are happy to load your dishwasher, but cannot replace dishes in cupboards once complete. We don’t want to break anything.

 

  • Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools and a step stool.

 

  • Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery.

 

  • Cleaning exterior windows.

 

  • Cleaning Mini Blinds. Our cleaners are happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, but we have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.

 

  • Removing strong odours (mould, animal waste, smoke, etc.) Again, we will do our best.

 

  • Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.

 

  • Cleaning light bulbs.

 

  • Cleaning rodent/insect infested homes.

 

  • Removing excess paint from surfaces.

 

  • Post-construction cleaning. We can provide that service, but it does not fall within the parameters of our online booking system and would require an in-person visit to make a quote.

 

  • Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, carpet cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.) We can provide that service, but it does not fall within the parameters of our online booking system and would require an in-person visit to make a quote.

 

  • Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces. We don’t want to potentially damage your paint!
Trust & Safety

All of our team members are interviewed by the owners and pass a criminal record check. We believe our team is our greatest asset, and therefore have very high standards. Only about 10% of those who apply end up working as Best Pro Cleaning professionals.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

The Day of Your Service

You can do as much or as little preparation for your service. However, your cleaning professionals reserve the right to reassess the scope of the job if they feel that there is more work than what was agreed upon in the original order. This usually isn’t an issue, but if anything changes with your booking, please let us know within 48 hours of the scheduled service. We want to make sure that your cleaners are properly prepared, adequately compensated for their effort, and that you are completely happy with your cleaning!

Absolutely, tips are not required but are always appreciated, they will make your cleaning professionals’ day! You can tip in cash directly, or let us know how much you would like to tip and we can add it to the total that is charged after your service has been completed.

On the day before your service, a hold will be placed on the card you used during the booking process. This is only to ensure that billing will go smoothly the following day, you are not charged at this time. Once your service is complete, we will charge the card on file and send you a receipt, completing the process! Your cleaning professionals cannot be paid until your payment has been received, so we strive to make this process as seamless as possible.

That’s entirely up to you! You can be home for your service, or you can provide keys/access codes for your cleaning professionals, whatever works best for your schedule. For our recurring clients, typically they provide a lock box at the home with a key so that their cleaning professionals simply use that key to enter the home, then place it back in the lock box for the next service. We recommend the lockbox, as you can easily change the access code for any reason.

To account for travel and variations in cleaning times between appointments, we extend a 2-hour arrival window to your cleaning professionals. If they will be later than the arrival window, we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements in the event that your service time needs to be adjusted or rescheduled to another day. This is a very rare occurrence, but we want to make sure we have solutions in place, should the need arise.

No worries! You can either email us at EMAIL HERE or call/text us at PHONE HERE and we will take care of everything. Please give us 24 hours’ notice, otherwise, there is a $70 cancellation fee.

No! You are never locked into a long-term contract. If you choose our recurring services, then later decide to cancel, simply notify us per our cancellation/rescheduling policy and we will be happy to modify your service schedule.

While your cleaning professionals do their absolute best during every service, unfortunately sometimes accidents occur. Thankfully, we have found situations like this to be very rare. To limit the possibility of such an accident, we suggest talking to your cleaners about any items of importance, and further, you might ask them to leave certain items untouched altogether. Your cleaning professionals are responsible for their own work, Best Pro Cleaning Services is not their employer. As such, if there is any breakage or damage, they will handle the issue with you promptly and directly. All of the cleaning professionals we partner with are fully insured specifically for these situations and will be ready to take care of any accidents.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window).
